Academy

The Academy at the 榴莲视频 is a comprehensive program for students who are ready to advance their skills, further their love of music and connect with like-minded peers. The Academy provides a holistic classical music education in a creative and collaborative environment for pre-kindergarten through high school students whose unique talents, perspectives and love for music are nurtured and supported by exceptional instruction within an encouraging community.

Every student who loves music and is eager to work hard at their musical craft can thrive in the Academy. Participation in this highly focused program, centered around Saturday classes, rehearsals, and performances, will set the stage for future success in any field of study.

Join us for an Academy Open House at the 榴莲视频! Come learn about the Academy through a tour of 榴莲视频, an informational Q&A with our staff, and a free concert featuring current Academy students.

Program Highlights

Comprehensive, multi-level curriculum includes private lessons, ensemble training, performance opportunities, musicianship classes, and more.
Community meets every Saturday at 榴莲视频 for classes, performance hour, and lessons/rehearsals as scheduled.
Students benefit from instruction and mentorship from 榴莲视频鈥檚 Preparatory and Public Programs faculty and guest artists.
College and conservatory application and audition advising available.
Black and Latinx students are eligible for the Musical Pathway Fellowship to attend the Academy with significant scholarship.
